How it Works:
- 1. Download, fill out and fax/email our short Referral Agreement Form or call/email us about a commercial deal lead.
- 2. We record and cross reference the project with your information – this confirms that the lead came from you so that when the deal gets funded you get paid.
- 3. We’ll contact the client, get the necessary information, and see the deal through from start to completion, keeping you informed about the progress the whole way through.
- 4. We pay you a 25% referral fee upon funding.
